Before use: blow your nose and check if the spray is working properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.

1 - Lean head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1 second. Let the solution work for a few seconds.
2 - Repeat with the other nostril.
3 - Blow your nose gently.

Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry well. If nasal symptoms prevail beyond 10 days, consult a health professional.

HELP: Make sure your head does not lean backwards, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.

Recommended use:
