Before use: check if spraying works properly.
It is recommended that you proceed to nasal washing (cleaning) before feeding, when the child is awake and calm. Place the baby in a slightly inclined bed (30°) with its head on one side (never backwards to avoid the risk of the product heading towards the larynx).
1 - Spray some of the solution in your hand to check that the temperature is right and get used to the pressure it has. You can also spray on the baby’s hand to reassure it.
2 - Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostrils and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Allow the solution to act for a few seconds.
Repeat the procedure on the other nostril.
3 - Lift the baby upright and wipe its nose or use a nasal blocker device.
4 - After each use, rinse the nozzle with hot water and dry thoroughly.

For nasal congestion due to colds, rhinitis and rhinopharyngitis: 2 to 3 times a day, 1 spray for 1 to 2 seconds in each nostrils.
