The SOlgar Alpha-Lipoic Acid 120 mg provides, per capsule, 120mg Alpha-Lipoic Acid, found by nature in the body and combined with Vitamins C & E. The body produces a small amount of Alpha-Lipoic Acid but levels can be increased by eating foods, such as green vegetables and potatoes, or filling the diet with a food supplement.
Alpha-Lipoic acid has antioxidant properties and can contribute to the management of damage caused by free radicals.
