1 - Blow your nose.
2 - Remove the protective cap.
3 - Before first use press the nose firmly a few times until the solution is evenly removed.
4 - With your head upright, spray on each nostrils, breathe slightly through the nose.
5 - Allow the solution to act for a few minutes before blowing your nose.
6 - After each use, clean the spray nozzle and place the protective cap.
7 - Store in a dry place and in the original package.

Recommended use:
1 spray on each nostril, up to 6 times a day.
Suitable for prolonged use.
