Before use: blow your nose and check if the spray is working properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.
1 - Lean head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-3 seconds. Let the solution work for a few seconds.
2 - Repeat with the other nostril.
3 - Blow your nose gently.

Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry well. If nasal symptoms prevail beyond 10 days, consult a health professional.

HELP: Make sure your head does not lean backwards as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.

Recommended use:
In case of allergic rhinitis, cold and sinusitis:
2-3 times a day, 1 spray for 1 to 3 seconds in each nostrils, up to 6 times a day.
It can be used for a long period of up to 2 months in case of chronic symptoms**.
