How to use Physiomer
Before use: blow your nose and check if the spray is working properly. Adult supervision is recommended for use in children.
1 - Lean head to one side. Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostrils and press the nozzle once firmly for 1-2 seconds. Let the solution work for a few seconds.
2 - Repeat with the other nostril.
3 - Blow your nose gently.
Wash the nozzle with hot water after each use and dry well.
*SYBUL: Make sure your head does not lean backwards, as this reduces the effectiveness of nasal cleansing.
Recommended use:
In case of nasal secretions that are viscous, sticky or porous or in cases of crust: 1 to 4 sprays per day on each nostrils.

In the case of chronic nasal discomfort, nasal vaginal diseases and in cases of intranasal and intravaginal surgery: 1 to 4 sprays per day in each nostril, if recommended by a physician.
