How to apply it:
1) Place your thumb on the noose, ensuring that the smooth side is turned on the skin.
2) Wrap the support over the top of the wrist.
(3) Bring the brace under the wrist and back around the top of the wrist. Secure the hook and adjust the support until applied firmly, but comfortable.
INSTRUCTIONS: Wear during activities that lead to discomfort. Ask for medical advice if you have doubts about injury. Use only on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as indicated. Make sure that the product is not unpleasantly tight and that blood flow is not limited. Avoid use for prolonged periods, e.g. during sleep. Do not use if you suffer from vascular diseases or have known allergy to any of the specified materials. If rash occurs, pain is prolonged or conditions deteriorate, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
